Hello! My name is Kate Madsen.

I am a pilates, yoga and GYROTONIC® Instructor, certified Pre-trainer and Massage/Manual Therapist. I have a background in Psychology and Neuroscience and have trained in numerous modalities with a focus on neural and visceral manipulation and postural re-patterning in movement.

I offer a gentle approach to working with clients, while offering tools to access a deeper sense of well-being in all areas of life. I’ve been working with clients for over 20 years and offer workshops and retreats worldwide.
